Compensation

Summer Associates: Our second-year 2004 summer associates will receive a salary of $1,400 per week, plus paid parking.

Full-Time Associate Attorneys: New law school graduates joining the firm in 2004 will receive starting annual compensation equal to, not less than, $82,300 (starting annual salary of $75,000; starting bonus of $5,000; and paid parking with an approximate pre-tax value of $2,300).

Bonus: We have a merit bonus and a production bonus available to associate attorneys.  Under the guidelines and requirements of the bonus program, a first-year associate could earn a maximum bonus of up to $29,000, assuming all qualification requirements of both bonuses are satisfied.
